Renovation of historic fire station into new office space for United Way of Bartholomew County. Major masonry reconstruction, new windows, HVAC, office buildout, restrooms.

The design included preserving as much of the original Fire Station look with only minor changes for the new office buildout. A fire pole was re-installed between floors, metal ceilings were salvaged where possible. Exterior penetrations that had been blocked up where opened back up as windows.
