Dunlap & Company is the oldest privately-held and locally owned general contractor in the state of Indiana, having been in business since 1873.

Being both a general and mechanical contractor, Dunlap does more of the total construction project with their own forces than any other contractor in the area. This allows us to deliver each customer the highest quality work, on time and within budget.
